Will WC Cricket repair my cricket bat?
Please send us photos of your cricket bat and the key areas of damage, we will assess the damage and decide whether we think the cricket bat is worth repairing.

What is the difference between Package A and Package B?
Package A is a light freshen up of the bat; clean and sand down of the bat face, application of oil/bat wax and fitting of a new scuff sheet.
Package B is more comprehensive and covers the fixing of cracks and fitment of new bat grip.
Is there any damage WC Cricket will not repair?
Send photos of your cricket bat damage to sales@wccricket.co.uk or WhatsApp 07967409578 and we will assess the damage.
Currently, we do not undertake handle repair or replacement. This is something we are aiming to introduce in the future.
Do WC Cricket offer warranty on repairs?
Due to the number of variables involved we do not provide any warranty on repairs.
However, if you do have concerns do not hesitate to contact us.
How do I drop off a cricket bat for repair?
WC Cricket are based in Frampton Cotterell, the northern outskirts of Bristol.
Please contact us to arrange drop off and collection and we can arrange a convenient time, depending on availability; this can be during the day, evenings or weekends.
Alternatively, you can post the cricket bat to us. Please contact us for WC Cricket's address.
When posting a cricket bat to us, please ensure you post it securely with lots of protection to prevent damage during transit. Please also include your details, so we know it's your bat. We will let you know when the cricket bat arrives.
We charge a minimal £5.95 for posting cricket bats back to your address; if you are unable to drop off and collect directly from us.
How long will it take for WC Cricket to repair my cricket bat?
WC Cricket will be able to provide an indication of timelines once we have assessed the bat.
Timelines can vary depending on the nature of the work, but we can agree an estimate post assessment.
Do WC Cricket charge package and posting on accessories?
For all the cricket bat accessories for sale in the online shop we offer free package and posting.
We offer this so you instantly know what an item costs, without having to calculate postage once you are in the checkout process.
How quickly will WC Cricket post the cricket bat accessories I have ordered?
WC Cricket always aim to post items by the next working day.
Items will be posted via either Royal Mail or Evri.
