Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Subscriptions
When you purchase a Cricket Bat Refurbishment and Repair subscription you are purchasing a service delivered across a 12 month period. 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged on a monthly basis for a period of 12 months, unless you choose to pay in advance. 

The subscription will auto-renew at the end of the duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. 

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. If you have already received the 'Cricket Bat Repair And Restoration Package B' offered as part of this subscription and cancel before the end of the 12 months, you may be charged if the value paid to the point of cancellation does not cover the cost of the 'Cricket Bat Repair And Restoration Package B'.
